"We are writing to you to Thank You for the excellent service we received at your facility. My husband had an accident with our Dodge Durango, and we were completely overwhelmed with the whole thing. Your staff made everything so simple for us. Everything from getting a tow to your facility, to talking with and handling everything with our insurance company, to arranging the loaner car for us.
